Strike One - Risk Reduction Class Registration

You must fill in all spaces. It is your responsibility to be at class at the designated dates and times.  The payment for the class of $200.00 has to be paid to the instructor before the class is taken.  The instructor is required to collect late fees if one is due.  If this is not collected, a certificate will not be issued.  You will receive a confirmation via email or phone a few days after submitting this registration request.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, you must call the L.E.A.D.E.R. office at 770.205.9011 to verify the registration.  Please leave a message with you name, phone number, class interested in and reason for call.
Dates of Classes and Times: (Each line is one full session)

Jan. 14th (8:00am - 12:00 Noon) and Jan. 15th (11:00am - 5:00pm)

March 2nd (6:00pm - 9:00pm) and March 3rd (9:00am - 4:00pm)
